Terms of Service
Effective from: 26 August 2026
Before you start — the short version
We're glad you're interested in True Life School. Before the details, here is what matters most, in a few sentences:
- True Life School is a new school we are building at Tutlo — a company teaching online since 2015. This website describes the school we are creating.
- Right now, we are at the interest-gathering stage. The school is not operating yet — we are checking in which cities enough families raise their hands.
- Joining the waitlist is free and entirely non-binding. It is not school enrollment, a place reservation or a tuition contract. You can leave with a single message, any time.
- There is nothing to buy here and nothing to pay. The website has no payments and no sales.
- Your data is safe. We only collect what you type into the forms, we never sell data and we show no ads. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
- Questions, or something not working? Write to hello@truelife.school — we reply within 14 days at the latest.
This summary is here to help you find your way quickly. The full text below is what is binding — but we wrote it so you can understand it without a lawyer.
§1. Who and what these Terms are about
- These Terms of Service describe the rules for using the truelife.school website (the "Website"), where we present True Life School — a new school model project — and where you can register your interest.
- The Website is operated by Tutlo spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością (Tutlo sp. z o.o.) with its registered office in Warsaw, ul. Nowogrodzka 42/501, 00-695 Warsaw, Poland, entered in the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw, 12th Commercial Division, under KRS number 0001021377, NIP (tax ID) 7011130879, REGON 524550960, share capital PLN 6,012,000. Below we call it "Tutlo" or simply "we".
- True Life School is the name of an educational project developed by Tutlo. If in the future the school is run by a different entity (for example a company set up specifically for that purpose), we will announce it on the Website and update these Terms.
- The easiest way to reach us is hello@truelife.school. Traditional mail can be sent to the registered address above.
- By using the Website, you accept these Terms.
§2. What the words we use mean
To keep things clear, we understand a few terms like this:
- Website — the truelife.school website with all its subpages and forms.
- True Life School / Project — the school we are building: shorter, focused 1-on-1 learning supported by technology, leaving more of the day for projects, movement and relationships.
- Waitlist — a free list of people interested in the Project in a chosen city.
- Property submission — the form through which you can propose a location for a future campus.
- You / User — the person using the Website.
§3. What stage True Life School is at
- Let's say it plainly: True Life School is being created right now. The Website describes the school we are building — not an operating institution yet. At this moment, we are gathering interest from families city by city.
- The content on the Website — curriculum, daily schedule, the role of the learning platform, campus visualisations, the list of cities and dates — is conceptual and may change as the Project develops.
- Nothing on the Website constitutes an offer within the meaning of Article 66 of the Polish Civil Code. We do not promise to open a school in any specific city or by any specific date — that depends, among other things, on family interest, finding the right location and team, and meeting the legal and formal requirements, which for a school are (rightly) high.
§4. What you can do on the Website
On the Website we provide the following services — free of charge, by electronic means:
- browsing content about the Project;
- joining the Waitlist through the forms available on the Website;
- submitting a property for a potential campus;
- contacting us.
We charge nothing for any of these services. There are no sales and no payments on the Website.
§5. The waitlist
- Joining the Waitlist is free and non-binding. It is a signal: "I'd be interested in a school like this in my city". The more families from one city, the sooner we can plan next steps there.
- Joining is not: enrolling a child in a school, reserving a place, a tuition contract or any financial commitment.
- While on the list, you may receive from us: updates on the Project's progress in your city, invitations to parent briefings and events, and information about the start of actual enrollment — always in line with the consents you tick in the form.
- You can leave the list at any time — just reply to any of our messages or write to hello@truelife.school. We won't ask why.
- The agreement for this free service is concluded when you submit the form and ends when you unsubscribe — no notice periods, no formalities.
§6. Property submissions
- If you own a property that could become a True Life School campus, you can submit it through the form on the Website.
- A submission serves only a preliminary assessment of the location: it does not oblige either party and does not guarantee cooperation, a lease or a purchase.
- We aim to get back to you within 5 business days.
§7. What you need, and what we ask of you
- To use the Website you only need a device with internet access and an up-to-date browser. For the forms, you need a working e-mail address.
- We ask a few things of you: provide true information (so we can actually reach you), do not put unlawful content in the forms or personal data of people who have not agreed to it, and do not disrupt the Website or try to circumvent its security.
§8. Intellectual property
- The Website's content — texts, graphics, visualisations, the logo, the True Life School name and the page layout — belongs to us or our partners and is protected by law.
- You may use it for your own personal purposes (for example, showing the site to your family). Copying, distributing or commercial use requires our written consent.
§9. Liability
- We do our best to keep the Website reliable and current. Remember, though, that it describes a project under construction — information may change, and campus visualisations are conceptual; the actual spaces will differ.
- We are not liable for interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control (such as infrastructure failures), nor for decisions made solely on the basis of the Website's conceptual content.
- Sometimes we need to carry out technical or maintenance work — we try to make it as unobtrusive as possible.
- Nothing in these Terms limits the rights you have as a consumer under mandatory provisions of law. If any clause conflicted with them, the law prevails.
§10. Personal data
- The controller of your personal data is Tutlo sp. z o.o. We only collect the data you provide in the forms, we do not sell it and we do not use it to display ads.
- Everything that matters — what data we collect, why, for how long and what rights you have — is described in a separate document: the Privacy Policy. We encourage you to read it, especially if you are joining the waitlist.
§11. Complaints
- Something not working, or you have concerns about the Website? File a complaint — easiest by e-mail to hello@truelife.school, or in writing to the registered address. Describe the problem and leave your contact details.
- We will respond within 14 days of receiving the complaint, at the latest.
- If you are a consumer, you may also use out-of-court dispute resolution — for example the help of a municipal or district consumer ombudsman, or the EU ODR platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr). Using them is voluntary.
§12. Changes to these Terms
- The Website will evolve together with the Project — for example when we launch actual enrollment, add new features, or the law changes. We will then update these Terms as well.
- We will announce material changes on the Website, and notify people on the Waitlist by e-mail. The date at the top of this page always shows which version applies.
- If you do not accept the changes, you can stop using the Website and leave the list at any time.
§13. Final provisions
- In matters not covered by these Terms, Polish law applies — in particular the Civil Code, the Act on Providing Services by Electronic Means and consumer protection legislation. If you are a consumer in the EU, you also keep the protection granted by the law of your country of habitual residence.
- We prefer to resolve disputes amicably — one e-mail is usually enough. If that fails, the competent court decides; as a consumer you may also sue us before the court competent for your place of residence.
- The current version of these Terms is always available on the Website.
§14. Contact
For anything related to the Website and these Terms:
- E-mail: hello@truelife.school
- Address: Tutlo sp. z o.o., ul. Nowogrodzka 42/501, 00-695 Warsaw, Poland
