Careers

Become a guide in a school where the adult finally has time for the child.

The platform takes over the part of teaching a machine does best: personalized practice. Everything human stays with people — and that is the job. We are collecting applications before campuses open, so the best people are in the room from day one.

1st wave guide pool for launch campuses
PL + EN the campus day runs bilingually
3 roles guides, on-duty online teachers, city operators
The role

A guide is not a lecturer with a new job title.

Guides do not stand at a board repeating the same lesson to 25 children. They run the room: motivation, relationships, projects, safety and the daily rhythm — the work most teachers went into teaching to do, before paperwork ate it.

Mornings

Open the day, set goals with each child, watch the room and the dashboard during the learning block, step in where a human is needed.

Afternoons

Lead workshops and projects with real stakes — building, performing, selling, exploring — the part of the day children remember for years.

All day

Know every child by name and by need. Close the day with reflection and write the note a parent actually wants to read.

Who fits

We hire for the room, not for the CV keyword.

Great guides come from many doors: teachers tired of the system but not of children, educators, coaches, scout leaders, artists and builders who have actually worked with young people.

  • Real experience with children or teenagers — classroom, sports, scouting, culture, camps. The setting matters less than the evidence.
  • Working English — the campus day runs bilingually, and part of the team are native speakers. Formal certificates matter less than being able to hold a room in both languages.
  • A portfolio of things done: a club you ran, a play you staged, a robot your group built, a trip you led. Guides teach doing, so they must have done.
  • Formal teaching qualifications are an asset, not a gate, for the guide role. Subject-teacher and examiner roles have their own formal requirements.
The process

Honest about the timeline: pool first, offers at campus launch.

Campuses open city by city, so hiring follows cities. Applying now puts you in the pool: you meet us, we meet you, and when your city moves, you hear first.

01

Application

Email hello@truelife.school with the subject “Guide — [your city]”: a CV plus three examples of your work with young people. Links beat descriptions.

02

Values conversation

A scenario-based talk: what you do when a child refuses, struggles, shines. No trick questions — we show you ours too.

03

A day with children

Before any offer, you co-lead a real session — an Experience Day or pilot workshop. Both sides see the truth no interview shows.

04

Offer at launch

When your city’s campus is confirmed, offers go to the pool first — with role, terms and training plan in writing.

Beyond guides we are also building a pool of on-duty online subject teachers (daily 1:1 help when the platform is not enough) and city operators who run campuses locally. Same address, subject “Teacher” or “Operator”.
FAQ

Parent questions

Yes — that is the point of the pool. First campuses hire from it first, you get invited to paid pilot work (workshops, Experience Days) before launch, and you influence how the school you would work in is built.

Not for the guide role — we verify skills with children, bilingual fluency and a portfolio of real work. Formal qualifications are required where the law requires them: subject-teaching and examination roles.
