Does a True Life School child fulfil compulsory education in Poland?
Yes. Every child is formally enrolled, follows the national curriculum inside the platform and takes the state exams. The exact formal route is confirmed per city before enrollment — you sign nothing before seeing it in writing.

What Polish law actually requires.
Education is compulsory in Poland until the age of 18. The law does not require a specific building or timetable — it requires enrollment, the national curriculum and verified progress.
- The Education Law (Prawo oświatowe) allows compulsory schooling to be fulfilled outside daily classroom attendance — the route used by tens of thousands of Polish children in home education.
- A child on this route is a full student of a Polish school: enrolled, with a student ID and a yearly state-recognized certificate.
- Progress is verified by annual classification exams, and the big state exams (eighth-grade exam, matura) are taken like by any other student.
